So, I’m studying abroad in Florence like I said in the last post. Italy, and Florence especially, is EXTREMELY catholic and pretty traditional. Wearing mini skirts all the time would get me branded as a hooker in no time. What’s a short girl to do? I could go knee length and make myself look like an oompa-loompa, or go maxi/midi and look like I’m trying WAYY to hard since I wear skirts A LOT. Not to mention finding maxi/midi skirts that actually fall where they should on my 5 feet and 2 inches of height is nearly IMPOSSIBLE.
My answer: tights! I figure I can buy some appropriately lengthed skirts while in Florence, ‘til then I’ll be rockin tights to decrease the amount of skin that I’m showing and not look like a sloot. Such a dilemma, but hey, tights are making a comeback… right?
